Past Paper Error Autopsy
Taking a practice exam is only half the work. The real grade jump happens when you perform an 'autopsy' on every wrong answer and tag WHY you missed it: Concept Gap, Misread Question, or Careless Math Slip.
Spending 45 minutes analyzing a finished practice test raises your score faster than taking three more practice tests blindly.
You finish a practice test, look at your 76% score, say 'okay cool,' and never fix the exact traps that cost you 24%.
- Grade your practice test and circle every question you missed or guessed on.
- Label each mistake: (A) Didn't know the concept, (B) Fell for a trap/misread, or (C) Calculation slip.
- Write a 1-sentence 'Prevention Rule' for each error and solve 2 similar problems immediately.
