Vertech Academy provides a library of specialized AI study tutors, courses, and prompt architectures designed to help students study more effectively. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What You Get

Your subscription grants you access to:

• Our full library of engineered AI study tutors and prompt architectures
• Regular updates, study guides, and new tutors as they are released
• The right to use these prompts inside Vertech Academy or with external AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)

You may use the prompts and materials for your own personal, educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the underlying prompt architectures.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vertech Academy provides educational tools and study resources. We do not guarantee specific exam scores or academic outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, study habits, and coursework requirements.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
