What if I don't get the double guarantee?
You still get all your money back. We won't keep it if you're not happy. Just remember - if you leave, you lose everything new we add. You go back to studying the old way, and that might not work.
What counts as "better grades"?
This is for students who see NO improvement. We understand that you're not going to get an A in all your classes in 90 days, but to claim this clause you need to show us that you used our prompts for the specific classes you wanted to get an A on and you used these prompts for the 3 months period.
If you stayed at the same grade or got worse even though you really tried (which is very rare because the system works for thousand of people), we'll refund you by paying you twice what you paid us.
What if some classes got better but not others?
We look at everything. If you used our stuff for all your classes and none of them got better after 3 months, you'd probably get it. But if math got better and English stayed the same, that means it works - we'd just help you figure out English, remember, it only works if you use it, if you can show us a single class where it was used well and it didn't work and you request your double guarantee refund, you lose access to all future updates since we'll have to cancel your subscription afterward (because a refund means you don't like the product), you'll lose a powerful study tool that has worked, and continues to work for so many students.
Can I get my money back before 3 months?
Yes! You can get all your money back anytime in the first 90 days. No questions. The double guarantee is only for people who finish all 3 months and can prove they really used it.
What kind of grades do you accept?
Any kind your school gives you. Report cards, transcripts, online grade things, progress reports. Just screenshot it or scan it. As long as it shows your grades and the date, and it's from your school, we'll take it.
What if I can't share chat links?
Screenshots work fine. Just make sure we can see what you talked about, the dates, and that you were really trying (asking questions, working through stuff). Most AI tools save your chats, so links are easier. But we're flexible.
Why do you need 10 chats from different days?
Because we need to see you actually used it. If you only tried it twice and gave up, that's not enough time to see if it works. Learning takes time. We need to see you used it throughout the whole 3 months.
What's a "real conversation"?
Real means you're trying to learn. Asking questions, getting things explained, working through problems. Not okay: saying "I don't know," asking the AI to do your homework, or just one-word stuff. We want to see you actually trying.
What if I lost some of my chats?
Most AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) save everything. Check your chat history first. If you really used it but lost some chats, email us - we'll work with you. But you need to show a lot of use, not just 1 or 2 examples.
Can I quit before 3 months and still get the double?
No. If you quit early, you can get a regular refund but not the double. You have to reach your 3rd month and show you used it to be eligible for a double refund request.
