What if I don't get the double guarantee?
You still get all your money back. We won't keep it if you're not happy. Just remember - if you leave, you lose everything new we add. You go back to studying the old way, and that might not work.
What counts as "better grades"?
This is for students who don't get an A. We understand that if you use our prompts for a specific class, you will get an A, if you don't use it for that class then you are relying on your own methods to get there, we give you amazing tools but using them is up to you.
If you stayed at the same grade or got worse even though you really tried (which is very rare because the system works for thousand of people), we'll refund you by paying you twice what you paid us.
What if some classes got better but not others?
We look at everything. If you used our prompts for all your classes and none of them got better after 2 months, you'll get a double refund. But if one class got better and another one stayed the same, that means it works, depending on which package you took your eligibility will change, because starter is just for 1 class, Core and Master are the ones designed for all your classes. For each class you claim it was used and didn't work, you need to provide the 10 (non consecutive days chat log samples)
Can I get my money back before 2 months?
Yes! You can get all your money back anytime in the first 60 days. No questions. The double guarantee is only for people who did about 2 months and can prove they really used it. If you can't prove you used it, you get a regular refund (which is just the exact amount you already paid us).
What kind of grades do you accept?
Any kind your school gives you. Report cards, transcripts, online grades, progress reports. Just screenshot it or scan it. As long as it shows your grades and the date, and it's from your school, we'll take it.
What if I can't share chat links?
Screenshots work fine. Just make sure we can see what you talked about, the dates, and that you were really trying (asking questions, working through stuff). Most AI tools save your chats, so links are easier. But we're flexible.
Why do you need 10 chats from different days?
Because we need to see you actually used it. If you only tried it twice and gave up, that's not enough time to see if it works. Learning takes time. We need to see you used it throughout the 2 months, and it must be 10 chats for each class you're challenging us on (if you meant to use it for all your classes).
What's a "real conversation"?
Real means you're trying to learn. Asking questions, getting things explained, working through problems. Not okay: saying "I don't know," asking the AI to do your homework, or just one-word stuff. We want to see you actually trying.
What if I lost some of my chats?
Most AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) save everything. Check your chat history . They should be there unless you used incognito or deleted them manually.
Can I quit before 2 months and still get the double?
No. If you quit early, you can get a regular refund but not the double. You have to reach your 2nd month and show you used it to be eligible for a double refund request.
