Build a prompt using RCTF — Eficiencia de Estudio con IA

Módulo 4: Writing better prompts — AI is just a tool. I'll show you how to write prompts that actually get you what you want.

Match the prompt snippet to the correct part of the RCTF framework.
— Remember: Role (WHO), Context (WHY/WHAT), Task (ACTION), Format (HOW).
Which part of RCTF stops the AI from using highly technical jargon when you want a simple explanation?
Context (e.g. 'I am a high school student learning this for the first time.') — You need to explain *why* you are asking the question and *who* the audience is.
Which part of the RCTF framework physically forces the AI to output exactly 5 bullet points?
Format — This part governs the physical structure or presentation of the answer.
If your prompt begins with 'Act as a 10-year Wall Street veteran,' which letter of the framework are you using?
Role — You are setting the persona or expert identity of the AI.
Which part of RCTF is the actual, core instruction of what you need the AI to accomplish?
Task — This is the active verb or the job you are assigning.
True or False: Saying 'I only have 10 minutes to read this' is an example of setting the Role.
False — that is setting the Context (the 'why' or limitation of your situation). — Role is about who the AI is. Context is about the situation surrounding the request.
If your AI gives you a massive block of text instead of a beautifully short, numbered list, which part of the framework did you forget?
Format — If it looks wrong, you failed to give constraints on how it should be presented.
What is the primary benefit of giving the AI a Role?
It forces the AI to draw from a specific subset of professional knowledge instead of generic internet averages. — A Role forces the math engine to retrieve words associated with that specific expertise.
Which part of the framework would contain the sentence: 'Compare the two attached PDF documents and find discrepancies'?
Task — This is the core action or job you are hiring the AI to do.
