Module 2: Understand what you need — You don't need every feature. Let's focus on the few tools you'll actually use.
- What is the most reliable way to have ChatGPT summarize an article?
- Copying the actual text and pasting it directly into the prompt box. — Pasting the text guarantees the AI sees the exact words.
- What happens if you just paste a link instead of the text?
- The AI might summarize it, but sometimes it hits paywalls or gets blocked. — Links work sometimes, but pasting text is safer.
- How can you make a summary more useful to you?
- Ask the AI to format the summary as bullet points or a short list. — Formatting makes it easier to read quickly.
